Guatam Gambhir's fitness issue has raised the debate about the club v/s nation, and soon it was cooled off. But... Playing for BCCI is not playing for the country, BCCI which is not under any control of govt. despite it is run by many people who are involved in govt. but that is only to earn money from their positions. BCCI is like a club, which sends its teams comprising of Indian nationals, because other nationals play for their respective Board (Club). BCCI's decision not to send its team for Asian Games shows how responsible it is for any national interest. And.. now BCCI wants to murder the international cricket, by demanding the inclusion of IPL in international calendar. IPL is the best Indian domestic Platform for any cricketer in India. Now IPL being there, domestic cricketers will get fame and more importantly money like international cricketers. But inclusion of IPL in international calendar will stop the cricket growth.
