What govt wants? Should every farmer die! From where will the food come! From foreign companies! Or From Banks!
Govt is going for land acquisition in Sherpur, Dehradun District. The land-owners are Boxa Tribes. The Circle Rate is 1.7 lakh/Bigha and Market rate is 15 lakh/Bigha. More than half of the land-owners have farming as their only profession. Landless farmers cannot grow crops on Money.
Govt rule says Tribes cannot sell their lands. This rule is to ensure that Tribes must retain their land but govt itself going against the reason of its own law.
Land must be compensation for land, not the money..!!
