State of Emergency Since 1947

The brutal act of police at Jantar Mantar - Hunger Strike of Ramdev has been compared with the state of Emergency. But that wasn't only the state of Emergency. India is under state of emergency since 1947. The use of police force on a peaceful protest was not a rarity in British rule, and it must not be surprising in Independent India because govt is ruling under the same laws and the police, which was created by British to control a colony of slaves. The govt or the ministers, officials use laws, force, power for their own benefit. there is nothing like a democracy in India. Everyone is using nation's resources for their own benefit. From the poorest man to the most powerful person. Person working in one department uses his power to threaten the person working in other department; the person of other department does the same with person of another department and so on. This long chain of digging the Money of nation continues, or it could be simply called mutual-understanding or symbiosis. Congress act in British manner because their were people from the organisation, oppose them. Now their will be many charges of income, land, etc on Ramdev.

How the people have deposited money in their Swiss account will allow it to come back. Its the politicians have the huge amount of money in their Swiss bank account, the politicians are in the government, therefore there is no way the money can be brought back. Everyone open an account in Swiss bank and be a part of this loot.
